Our client in the youth empowerment space seeks the expertise of a Project Manager to provide management support on delivering the Phones Pilot Project.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree qualification,
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly with projects in logistics and of strategic importance
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly with projects in logistics and of strategic importance
  • Expertise in data analysis, technology integration, and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple business impacts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Background in finance or logistics is highly beneficial

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a highimpact project with multiple business implications.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to inform project strategies, assess risks, and measure outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient delivery and costeffectiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate technology solutions and innovations into project workflows.
  • Evaluate and address the change management aspects associated with introducing a new product, considering its impact on client value proposition, internal operations, and delivery mechanisms.
  • Provide financial analysis and costbenefit assessments to support decisionmaking throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with overall business objectives.
