Internal sales assistance to external sales representatives.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


Minimum Qualification:
Matric


Tertiary Qualification:
Will be advantageous.


Experience:
Minimum 5 years

Code 8 driver's license

Working with customers and maintaining customer relations

Sales experience

Experience in the welding industry

Problem solving skills.

Ability to adapt to environment.

Ability to plan route for the week and visit customers accordingly.

Time management

Teamwork


RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Tasks:
Answering telephones - queries and orders

Telephonic customer support

Counter sales/ service - sales and queries

Finance:
Payment from clints, invoicing (KERRIGE/SAP SYSTEM), credit notes

Quotation to clients

Telesales - Existing customer bi-weekly follow-up and new clients, identifying and pursuing opportunities in the market, promoting its company's products to clients

Support sales reps - quotations, pricing, customer credit information

Assist sales reps with test certificates

Assist sales reps with quotations to customers

General admin function

Quotation on spares

Confirming payments and assisting debtors with cash accounts and debtors accounts

Processing sales orders

Daily back-order checks and follow ups

Inter branch transfers

Assisting walk in customers

Assisting debtors with accounts and queries

Invoicing of customers

Assisting stores from time to time

Any other duties that may raise from time to time

To assist with courier documentation

To assist with courier from time to time with collection and deliveries
