    Description

    We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Consultant to join our team in Auckland Park, Johannesburg. This role involves providing end-to-end service and support to brokers, with a focus on long-term insurance experience.

    This is a key role within our company, requiring a strong understanding of commercial insurance and policy administration. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide telephonic support to intermediaries, authorised representatives, and Broker Services
    • Deal with general Agri Asset insurance and policy specific enquiries, and amendments
    • Adhere to underwriting and regional criteria requirements
    • Manage expectation on expected turnaround times for submitted requests

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) with FAIS compliant (30 credits)
    • Relevant insurance qualification at NQF 5
    • 3 years' experience in short term insurance commercial lines and/or Agri Asset
    • Experience in commercial and/or Agri Asset policy administration and underwriting

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborating with internal colleagues and external stakeholders/clients
    • Ensure adherence to quality, compliance and accreditation standards
    • Conduct efficient administration
    • Optimizing work processes
