Chartall Business College is an online, accredited training provider. We are searching for a Higher Education and Training (HEI) sales consultant (Schools).

Duties and responsibilities:

Sell the services and solutions that Chartall Business College offers by attending the school "Roadshows"
General Sales duties which include, sales to agreed targets, generate leads in collaboration with marketing, and maintain a healthy pipeline for future business
Maintain current client relationships and build new ones with individual learners
Especially schools
Maintain the customer relationship management system and perform day to day admin tasks
Update the CRM after each day with relevant details and follow up with personal calls and information required

Inherent requirements:

Relevant degree (NQF 7 qualification or above)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Sales position
Comfortable with various IT systems to support sales process and the Learner management system functionality
Problem solving and decisionmaking ability
Very driven and selfmotivated
Excellent telephone etiquette
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Computer literate (proficiency in MS Office Suite)
Must have own transport and be able to travel daily to attend to school exhibits Nationally and Internationally

Preferred requirements and skills:

Experience in the education industry
Experience in academic advising or related careers in postsecondary education
Inbound and outbound sales experience
Proven sales track record
Negotiation and conflict management skills
Knowledge of the online markets
Exceptional relationship building skills

Salary:
