Our client in the Insurance Sector is looking for a

Non-Motor Short Term Insurance Assessor to join their team in Pretoria East.

As a Non-Motor Claims Assessor you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising Non-Motor Claims.

Responsibilities:

Validate all incidents and claims
Meeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS officials, etc.
Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.)
Liaise with service providers
Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that.
Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients.

Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Prepared to work after hours and are selfmotivated.
Computer literacy is essential
Good Report writing skills is essential
Investigation/Assessing experience, especially in a shortterm insurance industry is essential
Own vehicle
