A well established automotive dealership is looking for a experiencedService Advisor to join their service department.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Drivers license
- Experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
- Evolve / Kerridge / Automate / Autoline experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong administration skills, systematic and client centric
- Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
- Master service advisor qualification will be an advantage but not a requirement
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers
- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
