A well-established dealership in

Paarl, Western Cape is looking for an experienced

Parts Manager.

The main purpose of this position is to ensure effective parts availability through process management and accurate stock control to achieve profitability and to ensure dealership Aftersales objectives are achieved.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years Parts Management experience in a Franchise Dealership (Motor Industry)
Management Diploma will be an added benefit
Driver's license
Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities:

Compile and implement a marketing plan
Manage inventory
Manage risk (financial and non financial) within department
Ensure profit target achievement
Prospecting new business
Responsible for annual budget of Parts Department
Maintain good housekeeping within department and departmental vehicle fleet
Conduct departmental meeting and general aftersales meeting to ensure effective communication
Manage training of all parts staff
Attract, retain, appraise and develop staff
