    Description

    PURPOSE OF JOB:

    1. Ensure the company maintains a high efficiency on turnaround of receiving containers and loading of vehicles and stock loss.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    This position will be responsible for the following 4 Key Performance Areas:

    1. Financial KPA:
      1. Maintain Warehouse Budget : To manage costs within the set financial budget of Warehouse
    2. Customer KPA:
      1. Invoicing and dispatching
      2. External Customer Escalation and Exceptions
      3. To ensure customer service is maintained and achieved on Cash Sales side
    3. Operational KPA:
      1. Control and processing of incoming and outgoing of tyres.
      2. To ensure all processes are followed and Warehousing service is always upheld
      3. Manage the investigation on issues and see through from start to finish.
      4. Receiving& Destuffing of Import containers daily on time & in full
      5. Ensure the Dispatch team, Pick, Load & complete all orders as quick as possible to ensure quick vehicle turnaround time
      6. Ensure SAGE movement Report QTY balance with GRV qty captured by Import department
      7. All receiving documentation to be completed & submitted same day of receipt
      8. Ensure that QTY & Description match Import PO.
      9. Stock control : Ensure stocktake variances are within norms
      10. Stocktake admin queries to be resolve with 5 working days from last stocktake completion.
    4. Learn & Grow KPA:
      1. To ensure employees are performing to expectation and are competent and equipped to perform their duties
      2. Ensure own and subordinates' JP and JD are updated quarterly and when required.
      3. Ensure weekly Toolbox Talks are done and signed and mailed to health & Safety.
      4. Ensure daily meetings are held and attendance of register.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric
    • Min 5 years Warehousing Managerial experience.
    • Ideally 5–7-years industry experience (remanufacturing, warehousing, motor industry)
