I am a capable, bright, and motivated 30- year-old male currently residing in Johannesburg and a double graduate in supply chain management (undergraduate and Honours) with more than 6 years operational experience in the FMCG /E-Commerce environment.  I have experience with operational compliance in the field, driver performance, assisting in the continued improvement of SOP’s, maintaining service levels of franchises, monitoring, and reporting on branch adherence to franchise agreements and key performance indicators (KPI’s) and conducting regular audits to assess & measure performance and compliance. 

I can work remotely and travel locally in and around an allocated region, as well as to allocated regional branches as required as part of my weekly deliverables. I have a strong passion for the logistics and supply chain field and enjoy the thrill of working in this fast-paced profession.

Monitor and report on franchise and driver performance and operational compliance in the field.  Gain contextual understanding of the operational levers involved in driving performance, both regionally and branch specific.  Train and inform SOPs at a franchise level (Managers, Drivers), and identify non-compliance as necessary to senior management.
