    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Assistance Analyst to join our team in Newcastle.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to our customers.

    The Customer Assistance Analyst will be expected to respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to customer problems.


    The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of technical concepts.

    The successful candidate should also have experience in customer service, problem solving, and troubleshooting.

    Requirements:
