Requirements:

Coordinate airside resources and track all aircraft to ensure effective and efficient airport operations.

Flight Tracking

  • Accurately capture air traffic movement data which include aircraft landing, takeoff and parking times.
  • Monitor all radio frequencies and escalate noncompliance.
  • Source estimated time of arrival/departure of various aircraft operators.
  • Update flight information display system (FIDS) data to provide passengers and airport users with uptodate flight information.

Information Verification

  • Reconciliation of Air traffic and Navigation Service logs and Airport Management System movements.

Operations

  • Capture all movements in the Airport Management System.
  • Ensure alignment of airline schedules against seasonal slots.
  • Generate and distribute a resource plan (parking bay list) for the purpose of all stakeholders.
  • Notify Airport Operations for bay changes when required.
  • Responsible for flight allocation schedules and nonscheduled operations.

Real-Time Resource Management

  • Ensure that all nonscheduled flights are allocated to available resources.
  • Liaise with Air traffic and Navigation Service (ANS) to manage calculated takeoff time (CTOT).
  • Manage aircraft changes and take remedial action as and when required.
  • Manage and coordinate airport resources.
  • Notify marshalling department of inbound aircraft.

Finance

  • Handle financial transactions and receive cash

Compliance/Risk

  • Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures. Report noncompliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.

Stakeholder Management

  • Analyse Stakeholder needs and identify improvement initiatives.
  • Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals. Implement remedial actions where required.
  • Manage principles to ensure fair utilisation between airlines.
