Duties and Responsibilities:

Your job duties include developing the overall design elements of a project, overseeing the creation of art elements, and ensuring that the final product matches the original design concept.
Oversee the progress of creative projects and make important decisions on the direction of the project.
Be involved in most facets of production, including brainstorming, ideation, brand management, proofreading (i.e.
Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing projects.
Monitoring the quality of digital assets and creative output
Adhering to industry best practices and design specifications

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of branding, marketing or digital agency experience.
Needs to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior Art Director / Creative Director role.
Management experience would be advantageous.
Qualifications is a must have in Design.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, graphic design, print, motion graphics, branding, UX design and effective story telling.
Comfortable managing and nurturing creatives inhouse and externally when required
Big picture thinker with strong attention to detail
Persuasive and articulate when it comes to directing or presenting, inspiring confidence and trust in colleagues
Hands on and selfmotivated
