Senior Paid Media Specialist (Search & Social)

Situated:
Johannesburg


Role:
Hybrid


As a key member of the Paid Media team, you will drive paid media strategy across search & social channels for several important marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop paid media strategy by creating comprehensive campaign plans (audiences, channels, budgets, timing, ad messaging, etc.) based on stakeholder requirements and keyword/audience research.
  • Effectively plan budgets and execute high volumes of campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve traffic and engagement goals
  • Leverage ad data and web analytics tools to monitor performance trends, analyze visitor behavior, and identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Build and deliver datadriven presentations to share campaign results, content insights, and other analyses with your key stakeholders
  • Work closely with content and creative teams to optimize landing pages, images, and video creative for ad units

Minimum Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree and 56 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications:


  • 56 years campaign management experience in a highvolume agency environment.
  • Experience in Automotive, FMCG and E-Commerce as well.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and optimise campaigns to achieve business goals (i.e. traffic, engagement, and conversion goals.)
  • Knowledge of paid media best practices and experience with industry tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)
  • Experience with web analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

Salary:
R50, R60,000.00 per month
