    Then come andjoin our global team as a Senior CommercialManager (GRIP – Commercial Project Manager), Based in Johannesburg, Gauteng orCape Town, South Africa.

    Your tasks andresponsibilities:

  • Contract Management – Claim and Execution of Deliverables
  • Order entry of new projects – CCM / SD Module in SAP
  • Purchasing with International Vendors
  • Planning revenue – then maintaining and executing.
  • Planning Costings – then maintaining and executing.
  • Journal entries – All Balance sheet movements
  • Project Calculations – Detailed overview per project
  • Balance sheet recons monthly – Various Accounts as per IFRS15
  • Credit notes – Internal & External
  • Invoicing
  • CRM systems update and integration.
  • Determine stand-alone selling prices.
  • Long term and short-term Financing solutions – pay per scan / use model
  • Revenue Forecasting - Monthly
  • OWC forecasting - Monthly.
  • Project Reporting – CCM monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
  • Stock Recons and Movements in Demo Stock
  • Web cycles – ICC clearing.
  • Tax experience on foreign Trade – permanent establishments + withholding tax
  • Interface Errors Monitoring and Fixing
  • SAP experience in adjusting SAP on a master Data level.
  • Ability to interact with Senior zone Management on different targets.

    Qualifications &Experience

    ·Education:Diploma / Degreein Accounting + IT Systems

    ·7 – 9 years in a project environment –commercial

    ·Balance sheet and Income statement workingexperience.

    ·3 – 4 years of Logistics experience withLogistics companies + Incoterms + Tax of international trade

    ·Experience in SAP setup of master data ormigration

    ·Working experience with countries - Egypt,Saudi Arabia + Dubai

    ·Experience in a healthcare environmentadvantageous
