    Description

    Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is partnering with a well-established Chemical Manufacturing company to help them find a skilled Creditors Clerk to join their team.

    The Creditors Clerk will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company, primarily focused on processing accounts and managing payments according to established guidelines. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the success of a reputable company in the Chemical Manufacturing industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Processing and capturing invoices from suppliers
    • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
    • Managing payments to suppliers within the agreed terms
    • Communicating with suppliers to resolve any queries or issues
    • Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes

    Requirements

    • Matric
    • NQF level 4
    • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Creditors Clerk or similar role
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
