Introduction:

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced and suitably qualified Creditors Clerk to join the Finance team based in Durban.

Description:

To maintain accurate and up to date supplier information, allocation of payments and accurate capturing of information in order to maintain highest levels of customer service.

Liaise with internal customers and vendors to ensure high service delivery and support at all times
Capture creditors invoices timeously
Prepare creditor reconciliations and payment runs daily
Maintain Vendor accounts for area of responsibility
Capture all cashbook and petty cash transactions when required
Prepare monthly bank and petty cash recons
