    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic Process Automation Manager. This pivotal role will spearhead the establishment of a new Process Automation division, driving expansion into this exciting market segment. As the torchbearer, you'll craft strategic business plans, identify opportunities, and be the catalyst for selling tailored Process Automation solutions to clients. And that's not all – you'll build a dream team and foster partnerships to ensure this division's soaring success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute a masterful plan for the Process Automation division, in harmony with broader goals.
    • Market Maven: Identify potential clients and markets for Process Automation solutions, sculpting a robust business development strategy.
    • Client Whisperer: Engage with clients to grasp their Process Automation needs, presenting bespoke solutions that tackle their unique challenges.
    • Sales Dynamo: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals, consistently surpassing sales targets.
    • Team Architect: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and top-notch client satisfaction.
    • Alliance Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with industry partners, vendors, and key stakeholders, driving growth and innovation.

    Qualifications

    • Technical Mastery: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrician, Millwright, or Electro Mechanic.
    • Sales Savvy: A proven track record of 5 years in process automation sales or related fields, consistently surpassing sales targets.
