- Insurance Repairs and Accidents- Insurance underwriting background and accident free days methodology
- Licensing/ COF- Strong organizational skills with a solutions orientated mindset
- Vehicle maintenance- Mechanical background strong ability to schedule and minimize vehicle downtime
- Procurement- 20 Years experience in acquisition and disposal of vehicle fleets through proper channels
- Vehicle Finance- Motor Trade background with advanced knowledge of vehicle financing
- Rental Contracts- Experienced in multi-million vehicle rental contracts, risk management and service level agreements
- Service Centers- Ability to negotiate within a vast network of service providers built up over years in the business
- Technical Skill- Hands-on approach dealing with service items and service providers and managing parts requirements
- Telematics- Telematics background with vast knowledge of vehicle tracking and management solutions
- Traffic fines management- AARTO certified, ability to administrate and enforce compliance
- Tire management- Adept at implementing cost saving measures through standard operating procedures
- Brand Associations- Dealings, negotiations and signed service level agreements on corporate to executive level
- Branding- Creative with Marketing background dealing with vehicle branding over multiple vehicle fleets
- Accuracy- All processes and procedures are based upon similar six sigma principles and methodology
