Positivity in the workplace is one of my focus points, as well as motivating and praising staff. Hard- work & dedication is high on my list of priorities and I take pride in my job & skills. I am a people- orientated person and like to see people, especially guests, happy.
Coming from a 5 & 6 star background, I am a firm believer in going to extra mile, guest anticipation & exceeding guests expectations. Small touches make all the difference. I thoroughly enjoy a fast paced work environment, being & staying busy, productive & efficient, and learning new skills as often as possible.
My management style is very hands-on as I like to get involved & be interactive with both guests & staff members.
