    Job Offer:
    beBee Professionals is looking for a Party Coordinator to join our team in Vereeniging. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing events, such as parties, weddings, and other special occasions.


    The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    They should also have a good understanding of budgeting and be able to work with vendors to ensure that all events are successful.


    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and organize events, such as parties, weddings, and other special occasions
    • Work with vendors to ensure that all events are successful
    • Develop and manage budgets for events
    • Ensure that all events are within budget
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all necessary supplies are available
    • Monitor event progress and make necessary adjustments
    • Ensure that all events are completed on time and within budget

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in event planning or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in event planning
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Good understanding of budgeting
    • Ability to work with vendors
