    Description

    We are looking for a highly experienced engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and engineering activities related to TIAC Systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong engineering background and technical expertise, prioritizing safety and reliability in a professional capacity.

    Key Accountabilities

    The position involves:

    • Lead and execute on-site operation, maintenance, and engineering activities, including client management and supervision.
    • Assess energy consumption and propose enhancements to improve energy efficiency.
    • Strategize, investigate, and perform fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs on TIAC Systems and associated equipment, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
    • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on designated equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
    • Ensure that the TIAC System adheres to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) recommendations for maintenance and operation.
    • Conduct audits of all TIAC system components, collect data, perform periodic assessments, and manage change processes, resolving issues as they arise.
    • Evaluate the condition of the System and plant.
    • Perform tasks such as refrigerant charge control, fluid analysis, vacuum dehydration of refrigerant systems, charging of lube oil and refrigerant, leak testing of refrigeration systems, and maintenance of control-air piping and water/coolant piping, among others.
    • Maintain and repair refrigeration equipment, troubleshoot HVAC equipment, and address cooler repairs.
    • Supervise the activities of technicians and other personnel involved in operations and maintenance.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team.
    • Assist in planning and executing the Outage Management process at the site.
    • Ensure that the plant operates and is maintained in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

    We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a TIAC Systems Operations and Maintenance Engineer within the Infrastructure industries or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in working with TIAC System/Refrigeration System Manufacturer such as Howden Compressors, GEA, Johnson Controls, APINA.
    • Adhering to safety and quality standards in a professional capacity.
    • Excellent Mentorship and Problem solving skills.
