We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Call Center Agent (Outbound) to join our team in Bellville, Western Cape, on a 6-month contract.

Our client is a wholesaler of pharmaceutical products.

The ideal candidate should be located in close proximity to Bellville and possess the following qualities:

High energy levels and a proactive approach to achieving targets

Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Proficient in ordertaking and upselling techniques
Must have a clean criminal record, as reference checks will be conducted
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Reliability and punctuality are essential
Strong attention to quality control and time management
Effective persuasion and negotiation abilities
Demonstrated skill in handling objections with ease
