About Wesley Alexander:

I have worked in the medical Aid industry for 20 years, with Metropolitan Health. In that time I have continued to add to my education. Socially I love sport and support Tottenham Hotspur since walking was availed to me. I believe that learning never stops and find that meeting new colleagues has helped me become the person I am today.

Experience

Quality assurance within the Gems membership business unit, data mining for the purpose of information sharing with third party provider in the form of Excel reports. Corrective action and coaching within the Gems membership area. Participating in various team projects. Managing various enquiry inboxes for all corporate medical schemes managed by MMI Health, Responding to e-mails and written correspondence with emphasis on customer satisfaction. Explaining scheme rules, investigating claims and initiating corrective action.
