    Description
    • RE5 Exam & FSCA approved qualification
    • 5 years experience in Insurance industry at Managerial/Senior level
    • Knowledge of Medical Aid/Medical Insurance and GAP cover with ability to craft comprehensive comparisons and solutions for clients
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements as well as compliance with FAIS and FICA

    Responsibilities :

    • Act as primary contact for clients and engage in business development initiative to achieve growth in client portfolio
    • Service all Medical Aid clients by reviewing plans and conduct required consultation with clients
    • Liaise with clients regarding Medical Aid updates and value add options
    • Achieve compliance with regulatory requirements such as FIAS & FICA
    • Conduct regular meetings with relevant Stakeholders
    • Conduct health care related training and induction training
    • Research Medical Aid cover options and present options to potential clients highlighting cost and benefits
    • Negotiate with service providers and develop health care related programs
    • Provide assistance to junior colleagues and engage in all business development initiatives with the company
    • Implement strategies to maintain client retention
