Financial Manager

We're looking for...

A Team Lead to step in and manage a team of CIMA Trainees with a portfolio of clients.

This is people management and client management role where you will engage directly with a team of trainee accountants and business owners and provide guidance on how to grow.

You will also work closely with the two directors in driving the business forward and play a key role in the growth of the business going forward.

As cloud accounting specialists, they assist clients by rolling out the latest cloud accounting technologies into their companies and then assist them in managing their finances and accounting. Using Award-winning software such as Xero, Receipt Bank, and Vend to ensure that the Accounting function is optimised, leaving time to add value to our clients.

What is the role?

The position gives the successful candidate the opportunity to manage a team of driven and motivated graduates who are wanting to help business owners run their finances better. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients and providing Financial Management and Advisory services to them.

We're looking for an Accounting Rockstar to join our ever-expanding team. Someone who wants to learn and is willing to take on new challenges. This will suit someone who enjoys the idea of working with Startups and Small businesses.

Boxes to tick...

Degree in Management Accounting or Accounting.
Good knowledge of working on computers and the ability to learn various software packages.
Knowledge of Xero and other Cloud solutions
Managed a team of accountants in the past
Good attention to detail
2-3 years of post-qualification experience
