Do you want to make a real impact on people's lives? Do you want to work only 40 hours a week, including a maximum of 8 am to 5 pm during weekdays? Are you looking for an Agile Scrum Master who is passionate about helping teams improve and reach their goals? Apply for this Agile Scrum Master role

As a Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the team has the right information and processes in place to ensure that our product is delivered on time. You will provide guidance and support to all members of the team as they work towards their goals. You should have experience working with teams who are using Agile methods such as scrum or kanban, preferably within an enterprise environment. If this sounds like you then we'd love to hear from you

Requirements

Skilled in the agile framework and principles
Able to teach others and help train a new person.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, must be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Maintain the confidentiality of information and comply with regulations pertaining to users' private data.

Qualifications

Agile Scrum Master Certification or a current certification preferred
Four (4) years of experience in a senior management role with significant exposure to the Agile software development methodology.
Experience in leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders to build high quality software applications.
Excellent communication skills required; ability to effectively communicate technical information, as well as understand business requirements and apply those requirements to the development process.
