Responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate agile practices within the team to ensure that the team delivers
- Run daily meetings to track progress and keep team focused on delivery goals
- Plan and facilitate technical sessions and retrospectives. Implement lessons learned to
- Implement initiatives to ensure product team deliver against the product roadmap and
- Track team, product and business metrics to ensure that KPIs are being achieved.
- Analyse trends to understand team cadence and velocity.
- Communicate with internal teams to understand dependencies and remove obstacles
- Represent changes in Change Advisory Board meetings, logging changes and
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of the team solution releases. Coordinate with

includes technical teams, change management teams, business stakeholders
Qualifications:
- A Scrum Master certification (CSM, A-CSM or PSM) is preferred
- 3 years' experience working as a Scrum Master
- 3 years' experience in Agile development methodologies at scale, Scrum, Lean and/or
- Project Management experience
- Indepth understanding of all the Agile roles & principles
- Indepth understanding of all the Agile roles & principles
Agile techniques (i.e. User Stories; TDD; Continuous Integration; Continuous
Testing; Paring; Automated Testing, Agile games)
Configuration tools (i.e. White boards, JIRA; TFS etc.)
- Documented patterns and techniques related to the Scrum approach (i.e.
- Group facilitation approaches (i.e. conflict resolution, effective teamwork, etc.)
Skills:
- Excellent written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- A focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations
- Sound judgement, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills
- High resilience and agility with the ability to work well under pressure and deliver to
- Competent in engaging with complexity and managing multiple stakeholders
- Ability to drive change, persuade and influence both internal and external stakeholders
