    Job Description

    ·Investigatesand analyses business problems to understand their nature, cause, effects, anddrivers, using a variety of methods and techniques.

    ·Documentingbusiness process requirements through interviews or facilitation sessions.

    ·Conductingengagements with key role-players within the various departments to furtherunderstand their business processes, needs and challenges.

    ·Analyzeexisting business processes & technology and propose new developments andchanges based on business requirements.

    ·Developfunctional and technical specifications to meet the business needs of clients.

    ·Conductsystem analysis for new and existing systems.

    ·Constructprograms including coding, testing, and debugging.

    ·Preparingbusiness cases and conducting risk assessments.

    ·Conductingplayback sessions(presentations) with the Business to ensure that theinformation extracted from the business documents and through the interviewprocess is accurate and complete.

    ·Responsiblefor bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assessprocesses, outlining problems, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendationsand documents. Helps in guiding businesses in improving processes, services,and software.

    ·Experiencein process mapping, business case development and IT operational and strategicplanning.

    ·Experienceas a product owner with agile methodology.

    ·Leador participate in multiple projects by completing and updating projectdocumentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary;determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on time delivery ofproject tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managingcustomer and supplier relationships.

    ·ABachelor's Degree and/or B-Tech in Information Technology and/or BusinessAnalysis Certification.

    ·Minimumof 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst.

    ·Minimumof 3 years' experience managing and leading a team.

    ·Goodwritten and verbal communication skills.

    ·Experiencein process mapping, business case development and IT operational and strategicplanning.

    ·Experienceas a product owner with agile methodology.
