Job DescriptionTo lead a client facing team of professionals by ensuring delivery of quality and consistent service to the organisation's internal and external stakeholders
To proactively manage the team's day to day deliverables and ensure the team meets and exceeds client agreed turnaround times on all requests received
- Enable the team to service clients seamlessly, after the onboarding process on the respective channel(s) and technical requirements have been established
- Set specific goals and objectives for each team member and develop a roadmap of meeting these goals and objectives per team member
- Forecast and assess the client's volume of business transactions and ensure the maintenance of these volumes each month
- Collaborate with the analytics team to analyse the client volumes and recommend next best action, and/or identify opportunities to improve the client's effectiveness and efficiency
- Support the team to maintain and optimise products and channels made available to respective clients
- Enable and equip relationship teams with relevant data to reduce manual activity within the team for the team to become more proactive when engaging clients
- Drive a selfmanagement and development culture where information regarding successes, issues, trends, and ideas are actively shared
