We are looking for an experienced Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance Monitoring Specialist to ensure our business operations meet the regulatory requirements and governance obligations.


Are you someone who can:

  • Independently assess and create a monitoring programme/plan.
  • Understanding of the regulatory landscape relating to portfolio (Integrated Financial Crime)
  • Efficiently manage team of specialist in execution of coverage.
  • Efficiently and effectively conduct planned compliance reviews in accordance with the approved coverage plan, within allotted time frames and in line with the Monitoring Operating Procedures. (Produce consistently highquality outputs within agreed deadlines).
  • Identify the scope and testing approach for regulatory engagements.
  • Build and execute engagement test procedures for regulatory key controls.
  • Conduct fieldwork including performing walkthroughs, sample testing and validation of potential issues.
  • Build sound relationships based on trust and openness and escalate delays timeously to expedite engagement execution.
  • Draft reports which include rationale for findings, detailed root cause analysis, risks posed, and action required to address the identified risks.
  • Work with business owners and management to agree on appropriate action plans that address identified root causes.
  • Use of data analytics and scripts during testing to create efficiencies and create continuous monitoring opportunities.
  • Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.
  • Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards.
  • Conduct through research and analysis and keep abreast of regulatory and industry best practice.
  • Compile and conduct ABC and related training.
  • Bachelor's degree (in a businessrelated discipline, Legal, Compliance or Auditing)
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance, Risk Management, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Risk Management, Compliance, Regulatory, Audit or similar environment.
  • 35 years functional experience in Ethics, Anti-Corruption or Anti-Bribery, Human Rights (Essential).
  • Knowledge of Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act (PRECCA), UK Bribery Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
  • Certified Ethics Officer.
  • Preferred but not compulsory: ACAMS, AMLC PRAC or relevant AML certification.
