    Description

    1.Drive employees results in the facility by instilling continuous improvement andexcellence in operating and usage/setting of equipment and housekeeping practices.


    • Oversee that appropriate processes are utilized to ensure high productivity.
    • Identify/perform preventative maintenance tasks and maintenance tasks.
    • Lead the creation and implementation of technical improvements, machineoptimization and maintenance systems for the manufacturing process.
    • Suggest and assist in implement cost-saving and continual improvement ideas.
    • Working with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the company.
    • Troubleshoot moulding issues by evaluating the moulded parts, machine, supportequipment, and/or raw materials in order to determine problems and optimizeprocess.
    • Mentoring employees where and when necessary.
    • To liaise with toolroom on requirements needed on moulds or machines

    REQUIREMENTS:
    1.Min 10 Years Plastic Manufacturing experience in Processing Capacity.

    • Min 10 Years experience in Plastic Injection Machine Setting role.
    • Tertiary qualification compulsory.
    • Strong mathematical / statistical bias.
    • Excellent communicator to all levels of an organization.
    • Well disciplined, structured thinker, with exceptional work ethic.
    • Organizational & Time Management SkillsAttributes
