Requirements:


Experience:
Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or similar environment.

Passion:
Genuine love for hospitality and a desire to share that passion with both the team and customers.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and collaborate with a diverse team.
