I’m passionate about the Labour Relations System in South Africa. I’m currently employed as a Labour Relations Officer, Intern at the Department of Higher Education and Training, Head Office. 
With over 1 year experience in Labour Relations, I am adept at enhancing and protecting the rights of everyone in the workplace.
- To promote and advance economic development in the workplace.
- To fair labour practices, peace, democracy and social development in the workplace.
I Specialise with handling Grievances, Misconducts and Disputes.
Facilitation of Collective Bargaining and Appeals Process.
In the last financial year I holistically went above the average 50% in finalising Disputes, Grievances, Misconducts and Appeals Within the specified time-frame.
