Zakithi Khumalo

I am a highly conscientious, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have completed my National Senior Certificate. Moreover, I hold a valid driving license, have a car, a laptop and a cellphone. I am highly skilled in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I am also competent in the use of communication platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I am passionate about real estate and have an eye for both attractive property and property that has the potential to be attractive. I am able to work alongside people and have the skill of persuasion. I currently do not have experience but I am willing to do any tasks which are assigned to me in order to gain the necessary experience. 

I do not have any professional experience in the real estate industry. I am, however, willing to do the work in order to gain the necessary experience.
