I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media. I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing me to articulate solutions clearly and professionally to customers, fostering positive interactions. Experience

I have 2 years and 7 months of remote working experience in customer service for Evolve, a USA campaign that dealt with vacation rental homes, where I assisted customers online through chat, email, and over the phone in addressing inquiries related to property bookings. I assisted with approving & cancelling property bookings and taking payments. I recently worked for 7 months as a voice customer care consultant for a USA campaign for Ally Bank, where I assisted customers with queries regarding their vehicle financing, assisted customers with making payments, and set up an online profile to manage their accounts.

Education

My academic background has equipped me with critical skills in writing, editing, and multimedia content creation, enabling me to effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. 

During my academic years, I have honed my abilities in researching, interviewing, and producing content across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. My coursework and projects have also given me a solid understanding of media ethics, communication theories, and the ever-evolving landscape of digital journalism. This enhanced my ability to understand the importance of effective communication and empathy when dealing with people. Additionally, this taught me how to remain calm under pressure, adapt to challenging situations, and collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
