I'm a seasoned Content Producer and UX Writer with 20 years’ combined experience in IT and writing. My journey began with 15 years in IT Support and Management roles, granting me valuable insights into the challenges of human-computer interaction. Having worked my way into IT Management in various companies, I transitioned into the world of copywriting. 

I currently serve as the head UX Writer for the Checkers Sixty60 app at the Shoprite Group, where I leverage my diverse background to create engaging user experiences that connect millions of shoppers with their favourite grocery shopping app. I also have a demonstrable skill set in on and offline marketing campaigns, client websites, social media platforms, published books, editorial and content publishing.

As a UX Writer, I prioritise user-centricity. I value and leverage conversational design for its ability to create engaging interactions. Merging my technical expertise and creative storytelling, I aim to build seamless, human-centred digital journeys. With skills across various writing mediums, my goal is to make every punctuation impactful.
