I believe that my experience in challenging environments such as the customer care industry ensures the fact that I am an asset to any company as I’m filled with comprehensive and extensive contact center protocols, industry standards and marketing strategies and solutions, guidelines and wholesome knowledge of the customer service industry. I have also in the last 3 years had the opportunity to have been apart of rain which was the first to launch a 5G Network not only in Southern Africa but the African continent at large.
