Track and update the vehicle management system.

Use GPS systems to find where the vehicles are located.

Use devices to monitor driver’s driving patterns,such as speeding and excess braking.

Look for ways to reduce costs and increase profits,finding means for getting better fuel efficiency.

Managing vehicle licensing by ensuring that all vehicles are fully licensed and compliant with legal requirements.

Managing traffic fines by ensuring that all fines are recorded in our system.

Solid Waste and BI

Creation of BI dashboards, maintaining data in both Excel and SQL databases as well as quality assurance.

Geocoding relating to cadastre (properties) and bin location for the city.

Updating and maintaining depot vendor locations used by the fleet.
