I am  food technologist  who has work a food safety officer over a period of 10years. My experience has  been gained from for different  food manufacturers. I am very passionate about food safety and food waste. I have had an opportunity to showcase my training skills as well as successfully running a food  safety program ensuring continuous improvement from the manufacturers.
