I am a third year student in CPUT doing diploma in Food Technology. I chose Food Technology as my course of study because I'm interested in serving society by assuring availability, abundance, affordability, wholesomeness and the safety of food. During my course of study I've gained experience in working in the Pilot plant which is our production area, Microbiology lab where we would check the products if are they safe for human consumption, Chemistry lab where we would check for fat content etc.

I matriculated in 2019 and started my first year in 2021 for diploma in Food Technology. I am currently doing my final year this year (2023)
