Veronishka Clayton

My name is Veronishka Clayton. I am a 31-year-old female with more than 10 years' experience in the hospitality industry. I studied professional cookery and kitchen management at IHS. September last year, I started with my online bachelor degree in Hospitality administration and operations also through IHS.

Currently I am residing in Port Shepstone (KZN), but will be moving to Mondeor (Southern suburb of Johannesburg-near Southgate mall).

I am an energetic and dynamic person who can work with a team in order to meet and exceed both guest and company expectations.  I believe that no matter how good you are, there will always be opportunities to learn, adapt and improve on skills and situations. My style of leadership involves treating others with respect and positive energy. If you work hard a long side colleagues and fellow employees, you lead by example.

Some of my previous achievements and career peak includes:

• Launching own recipes in" i luiperd in my bed" written by AS Slabbert.
• Working with Food weekly in order to prepare, cook and test magazine recipes for photoshoots.
• Assisting and Training Ardmore guest farm with system operations and administration procedures in housekeeping, reservations and Food and beverage department.

You will find out that I am an all-rounder whom can work well in FOH and BOH, although I prefer BOH with administrations, operation systems and employee training.
