A working and theoretical knowledge of kitchen, dining room and bar operation, pricing, budgeting, cost control, wines sales and standard restaurant procedures.

Housekeeping and Front of House is also an interest, above all, an interest and the ability to produce consistent quality and service with a wide range of staff members.

Approximate rate: ZARR 200 per hour
