Processing daily incoming mail (internal & external) Reporting about building activity for senior management
Reviewing all building contracts and lease agreements to ensure that they meet requirements.
Managing the building’s cleaning staff and coordinating building maintenance. Make regular tours of the building, making sure that all equipment and facilities are in proper working order.
Preparing work orders.
Be notified of all accidental occurrences in the building and keep a record of such.
Preparing lease agreements for new tenants, renewing existing leases, and terminating leases when necessary.
Introduce prospective tenants to the types of units available and perform tours of the premises.
Drafting of AOD’s, LOD’s and breach of lease documents.
I adeptly manage essential financial tasks, including creating invoices, and receipts, and addressing basic account queries. My responsibilities involve accurate record-keeping, data entry, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
I oversee and manage the cleaning products utilized by the cleaning team, ensuring the availability, quality, and appropriate usage of cleaning supplies. managing building debtors, actively following up on outstanding accounts, and ensuring timely payments. My role involves maintaining clear and organized debtor records, implementing effective payment collection strategies, and providing support to debtors to facilitate successful resolution.
