Tsholofelo is a young ambitious woman who is looking for a different environment in the workplace apart from debt collection. Looking to enhance her career in a different field and Willington learn new things everyday. A healthy environment is the most important aspect of life and an environment that will offer growth in one's cereer and life in general. 

Experience

I started working in a call center industry in 2018, by providing debt relief for the efficient running of the business and handling incoming calls and outgoing calls on a daily basis. 

Through out my career I have learn how to communicate and negotiate with different customer on a different level. I have learned to be assertive and not aggressive when dealing with customers, understanding of different situations, by not always being sympathetic but being empathetic with the customer. 

Education

I completed my Matric or senior certificate in 2012 at Masithwalisane Secondary School, and studied towards engineering courses, sadly didn't complete my NCV program due to illness.
