Tshepiso has 9 years experience in the hospitality industry mainly at front desk. I am customer oriented and very pro-active, highly motivated and passionate about serving and making a difference in service industry. I pride myself with my work and confident in what I do and strive to be the best

I started my professional career as a trainee working at front office and banqueting was later given a permanent position as a receptionist. (Manor Hotel Pretoria) Never limited myself to being a receptionist I then got a supervisory position where I overlooked the running of shift, facilitated group check ins and check outs, motivated my team to be the best at what they do. I then challenged myself to take up a bigger position with more responsibilities. I applied for a front office assistant manager position which I got. My aspiration is to be a front office manager 

I have a national diploma in tourism Management from Tshwane university of Technology - Pretoria Campus
