I am a consistent individual who is a fast learner and able to work under pressure.  I am self-motivated, diligent individual, committed to achieve high standards or competence and professionalism in whatever I do with good communication skills. While being a trainee in the Hospitality Industry I gained experience communicating with different customers and handling their complaints. I have learned the importance of being a team player and how to solve and assist with different situations in the Aviation Industry as a Kulula contact centre agent. 

There after I worked as a Customer Service Agent at ORT International Airport for Comair limited where I improved on how to work under pressure and was able to work long hours. I was previously working at Cabin Services as a flight attendant for Comair Limited. 

I seek challenges as I believe they bring out more of my capabilities that I was not aware of and thus gaining more knowledge and experience. I believe that I will not only grow as an individual but I will also contribute my skills to the growth of the company.
