Tracy Cheryl Dorsamy

I am a conscientious person who is highly motivated and self inspired to always push myself to the 
ultimate optimum when achieving goals. I pride myself in setting the highest of standards when 
formulating my goals as I believe I can achieve anything I set my mind on doing. I have a bubbly yet 
focused and goal driven personality enabling me to work suitably well both individually and in a team. 
My strengths include critical evaluation of my own work, almost perfection is not near satisfactory, self 
motivated, leadership abilities, timeous and always ready for a new challenge. However, on the other 
side of the spectrum, my weaknesses include critical reassurance that the task is up to standard which 
can cost time reanalysing. I am an introvert who can be outspoken at times and I believe in industry and 
the working environment, it is highly advantageous mainly because it allows one to voice their opinions 
but also focus on what they are there to do. I believe I am highly capable and equipped for any 
opportunity that may cross my path and I pledge to fulfil any task given to me to the best of my ability 
and capability. I’m convinced that I can help in making this opportunity and the company a success.
