My knowledge includes VDA, ISO/TS16949, auditing, writing and updating procedures, and ensuring processes are followed throughout the plant. My career shifted to Logistics. Minimizing logistical costs and inventories. Accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers, always ensuring the best service level is given to the customers (internal and external).
