Several documents will be assigned to you by the packhouse manager and compiled by the food safety team to ensure assistance and control of the food safety system.

Training must be given to you on the documentation, the importance of how to complete the forms, and what to do with them when completed, by the food safety team.

The documentation will have the following information so you can ensure the correct form is being used.

Revision date and nr. 

Who compiled the form and approved it?

Frequency of completion. 

Records that are linked to the form.

And a note that will give you add-on information.

If you are unsure about anything always speak to the food safety team for assistance.

Report any non-conformances to the packhouse manager or food safety team.
