I have over 25 years of extensive Human Capital generalist experience within Mining, Gaming and Hospitality, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Materials Handling, Government and Services Industries within South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

15 years were gained at executive management level reporting directly to CEOs, Presidents and Vice Presidents of national and multinational organisations where I have established new Human Capital divisions and have added strategic value to existing Human Capital value chains.

I have created, implemented and driven Human Capital organisational and functional readiness to provide a sustainable and long-term competitive advantage, thus maximising organisational results and profitability of organisations.

I have a good command of the English language both in writing and speaking, have strong coaching, mentoring, development, and change facilitating skills, am a strong negotiator with exceptional influencing skills, I have strong business acumen skills, am highly motivated and am a self-starter, with the ability to motivate employees and maintain good employee relations, I am creative and innovative and do not believe in performing my functions in a mundane manner.
